Guild members can not log in
Hi, I just created my guild a lil while ago and allready got 28 members so i created a Guild Website. Now i have some of them who want to register on the guild website, they sucsesfull register on GuilCafe, but when they try to Reclaim a character they are not allowed to. Why?

And on the ADD char screen its not finding my server.

this is the error my members get when adding a char to the GameDNA:

The last time we attempted to load data from game services, the attept was unsuccessful.

While we were able to connect with a game service, we did not find your character. Please verify your character name and server name.
