My pc has the bare minimum to run the game yet after the slash screen, the game stops responding. So gone are my hopes and dreams of pwning all of you.

There are two issues - an install fix easily findable on the Epic forums which involves changing permissions - I'd quote it but things change and I'd rather you each check the forum for latest news and act off that.

The second fix was needed for XP64bit users and was a Windows Server 2003 incompatibility issue - ie the devs didn't think to run it on that when testing lol. A patched exe file is available - I downloaded mine last night so may have been updated. There ARE solutions out there - Epic is awesome at fixing things on demo release - I've played Every version of UT and all get regular patches till perfect.

The demo is pretty cool and the graphics are fantastic so I'm sure UT3 is going to be great for the deathmatch fans. I'm going to stick to TF2 for now though as the team based game modes in UT3 feel lacking in teamplay.

CoD4 and TimeShift demos are must tries for FPS fans.

Its all in the community with UT. We are expecting a LOT of old UT players to join in as well as UT2004 players - so the league/clan/ladder creation wont take long at all - all the pros will be ready.

Not sure on the Michael J Fox bit though :\
