got any info on this infamous 3.75?

Since there was never an official 3.75 I am gonna guess they were talking about the Pathfinder system which took 3.5 rule set and refined it into a much better gaming system

now my question does this pathfinder system have 4.0's eladrin as a playable race?

They are not part of the playable races for Pathfinder as since 2nd Edition Planescape Eladrin were classified as "Celestial Beings and Outsiders" which is D&D lingo for being part of the Angelic hierarchy this carried over into 3.0 and 3.5. For some reason in 4.0 they decided to change their classification to Fey and made them closely related to elves.

According to the 3.5E Book of Exalted Deeds, eladrin are celestials with more fey-ish look than the other celestials. In 4E, they became actual fey, progenitors of the elves and drow. Since I adore the eladrin in 4E, but I love 3/3.5E more as a system, what actually happens is that the 4E eladrin are the 3/3.5E (high) elves. I put the word into brackets, because the "default" elves in 3/3.5E are supposed to be the "high elf" subrace. In some campaign settings, like Forgotten Realms, high elves are a bit different than the standard elves, so it'd be better to check first if you're playing in a specific campaign setting
