Gender Issues 0.o
I have been having issues selecting my gender in my Bio Information. This issue has been present since signing up back in 2008, I've just got sick of it and decided to finally get something done.
I have used both Windows and Mac on multiple browsers: Chrome, Firefox, IE, Safari, etc. I select Female (as I am), make sure its set to public (changed that only once, but I always check, see below), and click save. I get the confirmation message that says my changes were saved successfully. I check my profile, still set to hidden (For the longest time it was set to male, until the only time I changed to hidden, now thats all it ever says). I come back days later, incase of delay, and still... Hidden. Any ideas?  *Edit* Just an added note: I've seen a few posts on this, but I would really like to change my username. I saw a post about this with an answer back in 2009, but the link (http://www.gamerdna.com/support) just points back to the forums. Thread: http://www.gamerdna.com/showthread.php?t=31213 Is there a definitive way to do this? Should I send a staff member a message? What be the process?

Also, any info you can provide me for changing my username? Or a way I can export all my added games and info to import into a new account? |

The gender changing issue should be fixed shortly if it is not already, but in the meantime I've manually set your gender to female in the system for you =D. If you have anymore more problems or concerns give me a shout!

Sorry missed your previous comment. Users can't change their names without the help of an admin but I'd be happy to change yours if you sent me a message of what you wanted it changed too.

Sorry for the delayed response. Been really busy.
Yes, thankfully, my profile does now say Female. I'm set, however, the problem does not seem to be fixed. I tried changing it, but the change is not reflected (Waited about 10 minutes). |
