Activision Blizzard vs Electronic Arts

In the wake of E3 the trailers for Battlefield 3 and Modern Warfare 3 fueled a lot of gamers excitement and also quite a bit of friendly competition between the two publishers EA and Actvision. Its no surprise that the two are at each others throats having such a close release date and being the only real competition for each other in the FPS market. Each game has another thing going for it but they still are quite different. It will be interesting to see if the majority of gamers will favor Large scale/destruction or small scale competitive game play and customization. They only way to find out is to wait for the release, but I know I have two for sure games I want on my shelf.
