Question Question about video capture
Ive always been interested in finding out how i could capture video from one of my consoles and make a small video out of it on my PC. Problem is im not exactlly sure what all ill need to do so. Any suggestions and comments on how to do so would be awsome.

I know there exist textual articles online, but I felt like looking for video tutorials.
It seems YouTube actually offers a bunch of them, such as this one.

(I searched for "capture video console tutorial".)
I don't have any personal experience with this kind of thing though, so I'd have to go by what others are saying myself.

I've heard bad things about Dazzle but I haven't used it personally. I use One-Touch Video Capture VC500 by Diamond MultiMedia for console recording and camcorder video uploading, and its actually cheaper than dazzle.

You plug it into the USB port, then plug your console into the AVI cables (red, yellow, white) and then install the program, which once up and running, you use to play games on your pc and from there you just hit record.

Can you still do this not using the AV cables to connect the 360 to the TV. I love my HDMI cable.
