If that makes you cry I could only imagine what Stallion83's GS would do. He holds the world record and is currently just under 340000. He's actually on a day long achievement getting binge today for his Gamerscore league. He's detailing it on his blog.

Hi to the new guy!

XBL is my poison too and I'm a lazy binge addict when it comes to gamerscores. Sometimes I lament the whole cheevo system and get depressed about playing... then I find a game with easy cheevos and ping! ping! ping!
My benchmark is my little brothers gamerscore... as long as I've got more than him I'm happy.

I'm gonna have to go with the "lazy binge addict" tag as well. Sometimes I'll look at my GS (a paltry 11k something) and think to myself "I'd really like that number to be higher." Alas, I lack the patience and the time. I've never 100%'d a game (attempting to do so with Call Of Juarez: Bound in Blood) but, now I fear my resurgence with WoW might put a damper on that endeavor.

Anywho, good luck to everyone with their personal GS goals.
