Last night I got a sweet upgrade to my system. I now have a B&H DM6.01 5 channel setup (with whatever B&H's center channel is called) plus a pretty nice but slightly older surround Rotel receiver. No subwoofer, but I can always solder together a lowpass filter and send the sub-out of the receiver to my 20/20 BAS speakers (as they hit about 38hz). My neighbors already freak out with the bass as-is, so no need for too much more.

and as my apartment building has "quiet time" from 9pm - 9am I got my Beats by Dre head phones, but I may just switch back to my wireless Sonys so I can back away from the television

Just got rid of my Panasonic 42in Plasma for a 120 hz 52in Bravia V LCD
60gig PS3
Old 1000 watt Kenwood 5.1 system
Playing GH 5, WT, and Van Halen
Quit playing Rock Band when I got the GH drums...I love those things.

I have a gaming system?

Nah, We have a 27in plasma (we couldn't afford a bigger one) 1080i and our consoles. We will eventually have Rock Band, but are waiting until we can save the money for it. Darn rent keeps getting in the way of great gaming!

We upgraded a bit at the house.

Music Room:

Rotel Surround Receiver
5.1 B&H Surround speakers (4 B&H matching mains, center channel and KRK 10" powered sub)
Custom sand filled speaker stands
1080p projector/screen
Xbox 360
PS3 (good one with SACD support and card slots)
PS2
Mac Mini with ~2TB hard drives
10/100/1000 Copper Switch
HDMI Switch
Pioneer record player
2 rock band guitars, drumset, mics
4 wireless Xbox 360 Controllers
4 wireless PS3 controllers
Bluetooth keyboard/mouse for Mini

We actually need to get another Wii, as one of the roommates took it home with him. I want to play the new mario game and one of the other roommates wants the yoga game.

And in my room I've got a 37" 1080p screen, Xbox 360 and Event 20/20BAS speakers. Going to give the 37" screen to my mom for Christmas.
