Warhammer 40K: Dawn of War 2
There's now a SP demo available for download whereas previously it was only MP beta before release. So if this game sounds interesting to you get the demo! And as a bonus it is 25% off at Steam until April 20.

I think DoW 1 and expansions are superior RTS but this game has some appeal and is fun if you approach it more as a sort of action RPG. Enjoy!
