This is a little know NES title that to this day is still one of my favorite gaming experiences. When ever I get to talking to people about old games I always ask about it and almost nobody knows it.

I think I had picked it up on a whim and for to try something I had never heard of before for like $5. back in the early '90s.

It is an action RPG in the style of Zelda only much better game play and a sci-fi theme. It also had these top-to-bottom scrolling shooter sequences that were fun and some of the bosses were very difficult.

Anyone else out there a fan of this classic gem?

I'm aware of it, but I never played it. Worth picking up?

Very much so

Get the ROM if you can. The original had a passcode save system that was a pain to deal with. With a ROM you can use a menu save.

Lots of fun to play and probably some of the top NES graphics.

Give it an hour or 3 at the least. Once you get the hang of this game it provides a decent challenge and good fun.

Think Zelda mixed with a Action/Shooter.
