Site Issues

[Myth]

On our site forum, our members are having diffuclty reading text, as it scrolls off of the page, and cannot be read. I am also having issues with certain tasks, such as posting and editing. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

I'm not sure what you mean.
If text scrolls off the page, you can't read it.
That sounds pretty normal to me.

I went to the site, but I can't see the forum (because I'm not a member I suppose).
Is the text scrolling on its own, even if you don't want it to, or is it something else?
Are you talking about the top part with the gamerDNA menu?
That's been an issue before.

Also what exactly are your issues with posting and editing?
Do you get error messages when you try to post/edit, don't you know how to post/edit, or is something else going wrong?
Try to be a little bit more descriptive to make it easier for us to help.

You can try having any member do a CTRL-F5 in their browser to clear their cache for the guild site. It might be an older problem that we fixed last week and the members did have a version of the latest file. There was a scrolling problem... but I thought we fixed that.

Sorry for no being descriptive enough, I was in a hurry. Basically, the text in some of the threads will continue going right, instead of dropping of into a new paragraph. The text will be stretched out horizontaly until it goes off-screen, and there are no scroll bars to look for it.

And every once and a while, the post/edit buttons will be off-screen as well. I changed my screen resoulition, but it disappeared again.

I think the button issue may be the same thing somebody else mentioned in this thread.

I noticed that the buttons disappear if you have the browser shrunk for some reason. I'm not sure this will resolve your button issue, but when I notice that they are not showing up, I just fullscreen the browser and the buttons re-appear. Hope this helps!!
