Spider-Man: Web of Shadows
Anyone playing this one? I've posted my first impressions over at my blog, but what do you think? Are you playing Red Suit or Black Suit? How far in are you? Does the story stand up?

Quilon has much to be proud of
I checked out the game and thought it was the most solid Spider-Man game to date. I enjoyed playing as both suits so I sorta switched in between during battles. However, I didn't get too far since I rented it.

I saw my brother play this game - it's another Spider-Man game, if you like those types of games - awesome.

If not, then walk away - it's nothing earth shattering, but it does improve leaps and bounds over Spiderman 3 the game.

I do agree that you have to want a Spider-Man game, but I think it goes a bit deeper than just being a clone, or even just a progression of Spider-Man 2 (I prefer to try and forget #3). The combat can get pretty interesting and I think it could be useful for other superhero videogame franchises. I'm thinking perhaps the Hulk and Iron Man games could have been more solid with an approach to combat similar to this.
