The best, and most organized Database out there for WoW atm. Comments there help with quests, and are not people braging about how they soloed the 3 man elite quest like Thottbot!

By far the best interface for finding what you need in WoW. I recommend this site to anyone who has multiple and frequent questions regarding mobs, items, quests, dungeons or anything WoW related.

Very useful for finding where to harvest, what Armor you should find, and use at your current level, where to do quests, where recipes are for your trade skills and much much more, I'd recommend it OVER thottbot ANY day!

yeh, pretty much got everything you need to know. Helped me sort my talents in Arms warrior for a good pvp base.

You guys might what to check out the Mod MobMap addon http://www.mobmap.de/addon.php its an ingame database browser, it displays the positions of all known mobs and NPCs on the ingame map. You can enter by quest, receipe, mob, item and it gives location where it drops in the world, I highly recommend it if you use thottbot or wowhead alot.

Wowhead is my number one World of Warcraft information site. Very well laid out and structured pages with some excellent filters for refining your searches. Definately a good place to go if your stuck or simply want to find out more information on anything in the World of Warcraft universe.

Wowhead is particularly nice for seeing a clean view of all quests related to a given instance, for one example. In general, it's just far cleaner than other similar WoW sites so I try to use it first and foremost whenever possible.

Might I add that wowhead was just bought by the same company that owns Thottbot for $1million. Thus they are also owned by IGE.

Since it has been around longer so that its database has improved it is a much better site than Thottbot for a number of reasons. The most obvious is it's sleek look and ease of use. It is very navigable. Another reason to choose it over thottbot.com is that thottbot is owned by a gold selling company which has used keylogging to get into people's accounts. Gold buying also ruins the AH economy, prices sky-rocket and newer players will have a harder time competing.
