This guild has run into Sunwell success and, to our advantage, have a website of forums to explain their tactics. Of course, their advice is best equipped for their own guild (such as advising haste as the main healer stat, when the healer doesn't have the mana pool to handle it without the whole group having spellsurge / a s-priest), so it can't be blindly exorsized. It is, however, a big help for self-improvement of any class. Just go to the forums and find one about your class/spec.
