This will rank your gear only if your character is level 70.
The Armory tends to lock out data grabbing web sites like these. However I am glad that there is an alternative (and well explained) method offered to do a manual data upload of your character(s). The only catch is that you have to create an account on Be Imba first.
This site is definatly worth using! It offers suggestions I would never have thought to consider for improvements. Even in my Talent sets.
