Customer Service Representatives, (CSR's), are a body of people made available to players while in game to resolve issues and deal with grievances. Sounds like they would be handy people to have around, doesn't it? In the half dozen times I've bothered to put in a ticket to have one of my issues or grievances addressed they failed miserably. It's hard to tell if they are unhelpful intentionally in order to deter people from exerting the minute amount of energy it requires to put another ticket in, or if they really have no power to affect changes and, god forbid, help out their paying customers.
