Power Customization in City of Heroes Issue 16

In a new post on the official City of Heroes forums, Positron teases Power Customization as a major feature of Issue 16. Responding to speculation that the upcoming City of Heroes/Villains expansion "Going Rogue" would be Issue 16, Positron debunks the theory by revealing what Issue 16 will actually be all about. They say pictures are worth 1000 words, and so Positron said nothing, instead he simply released a couple of screenshots. Follow the link to view them at MMORPG.com.
