Q. Do you feel relationships within games are meaningful? (Answer!)
A. Yes, I have met some of my best friends in games and because of that in person also. So yeah, deffinately meaningful.
Q. When do you play, including timezone? (Answer!)
A. Pacific timezone USA...usually after work around 6pm my time. And, mostly all day and into the evening on my days off.
Q. Are you interested in working within the game industry? (Answer!)
A. Been there; not going back. :)
Q. What music do you like to play games to? (Answer!)
Q. What are the specs on your gaming rig? (Answer!)
Q. What do you love or hate about PVP? (Answer!)
A. I hate the lame higher level people who just sit and prey on the lower levels. Doesn't seem like much of a challenge for them to do that and it ruins the experience for new players who are trying to get into PVP. It just makes the game a drag for them... Go have a challenge and pick on someone your own size I say!! And if killing little folks to pad your stats is your goal in life.. ahem.. you need a new life.
Q. How many hours a week do you play? (Answer!)
Q. What is the most overlooked or misunderstood game? (Answer!)
A. A Tale in the Desert: It's more of a social experiment really and it is story based. The creator basically updates the game in real time and creates the story as he goes so, its always changing. The social aspect creates many things in the game such as a tremendous amout of political challenges. People working together, sabotaging others and getting others to follow/vote for you just to name a few. There is also an in-game law making system which everyone votes on etc. Very interesting game based in Egypt.
Q. What are your thoughts on player-made mods/addons for games? (Answer!)
A. I don't like this because it opens up too much in the way of security, hacking, in-game currency theft, viruses.. .etc. etc.
While I realize there are many talented independant programmers that do add alot to games, security is the issue. Maybe those independants should just apply for a job with the game vendor. <wink>
Q. What are your most memorable achievements in a game? (Answer!)
A. My live music venue "Old Salt's Pub" in SecondLife was on MTV news and did benefit concerts for Habitat for Humanity. We raised over $900 USD in real life money in just one day.
Later we used SecondLife and live concerts from musicians around the globe to entertain those in the game and at the same time streamed the performances (audio and video) onto big screen tv's at a San Francisco Habitat for Humanity fundraiser event. Musicians across the globe performed and entertained in the virtual world and the real world at the same time!!
Musicians were also able to sell real life CDs to those in game and those in real life who had previously never heard of them or their music. It was a win for the musicians and a win for Habitat for Humanity. I am humbled and most proud of everyone involved in helping me to do this.
Q. In real life, are you male or female? (Answer!)

So, I tried for hours to get into a chat room and kept typing "Hello, can you hear me?" After awhile someone responded, "Yeah, we hear you dummy..what do you want?"
LOL LOL LOL

Q. Where did you get your gaming names from? (Answer!)
