Before i get to say anything, let me tell you one thing

I know that there are guilds that say they are recruiting for SSC/TK and that you are interested to join them. The thing is, most of them cannot do it, they are like many other guilds (Graduates included) that does not have the NUMBERS to do it, they just want to attract you to get over to their guild so they get more people.

You might think that we are not moving fast enough, but as a guild that is 1 month old formed by 8 people to start off with, i personally think that we are doing a pretty damn good job.

In the past week, we have 4 other guilds that wants to merge with us, what this tells us is that Graduates have its EDGE and we will continue to move up.

For now, i need your support, if people are just going to join and quit the guild, this guild will never be able to hit up a 25man raid. The main reason we are adding people is because we want to do 25man raids, in order to do that we need you to stay! If you are going to leave this guild, please join a guild that is actually BETTER then us, not just on par with us, because i dont really see the point in doing so. Dont just believe what the recruiting msg say in the trade channel, most of them are just bluffing.


After spending a week in Cyprus, Andy and I came out with a new plan for our guild! The aim of the plan is to help our guild progress. We are going to divide our guild into 3 tiers based on gear level.

This is according to current guild status:
Karazhan (farm)
ZA (progressing)
Gruuls (need more people in guild to start)
Mag (need more people in guild to start)

So what about SSC, TK, MH or even BT?
They will not be considered before we actually have enough people to down Gruul/Mag. And believe me, all the officiers are working hard to recruit what we need.

1st Degree
Qualified for all raids that the guild does

2nd Degree
Qualified for all 25-man raids
Substitutes for 10-man progression runs

3rd Degree
Qualified only to runs in "farm" status

It is far, but its the aim and personally i think we can move up to it pretty fast if we continue to get GOOD people to the guild.

Goal of Graduates
After the 28th of May, I will be full on recruitment, recruiting classes that we need to preceed into 25-man raids, this include: Gruuls, Mag, The Eye and SSC. Once we have our 25-man line up, I plan on downing Gruul, Mag, Void Reaver and Lurker all on that week! And personally, the fights are SO easy and it will not pose a problem to us.

You can only take mats from the guild bank if you are crafting or enchanting something that is for your MAIN-SPEC. If you want to use mats for OFF-SPEC, you need to ask me. Mats are not used for PVP, they are all the PVE, stuff that helps the guild to progress! This rule is active as of now.
