DESCRIPTION

Based on the Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's animated series, Wheelie Breakers puts a twist on traditional card battle games by adding in a heavy dose of futuristic racing. Series characters Yusei Fudo and Jack Atlus have taken classic card duels to the streets, where they can square off in Duel Runner motorcycle races. Players summon monsters and use their special powers to battle fellow competitors, with the duel's victor claiming his or her opponent's monster cards. There are more than 125 cards for gamers to collect as they clear races in "Story" mode, and all profile and custom deck information can be saved to a Wii Remote, allowing players to take their information with them wherever they go. The racing portions of the game make use of the Wii's motion controls, and multiplayer fans can join up to three friends for races and split-screen dueling in "Matchup" mode. ~ Christopher Brown, All Game Guide
