DESCRIPTION

Xardion is a platform shooter in which players blast their way through five levels of sci-fi action. The objective is to search for and locate each part of the Xardion ultimate weapon, and players can level up their characters, giving the game an adventurous feel beyond simply running and shooting. Animation is clunky, and jumping is limited to left, right, and straight up, but the graphics are nice, and the game has some strategy involved since players must control three different robot characters during various sections of the game. Triton can fire upwards and horizontally while Alcedes and Panthera can only fire horizontally. Panthera is short, meaning he can shoot smaller enemies and go into areas unreachable by the other characters. Alcedes, on the other hand, has special weaponry such as a freeze attack.
