DESCRIPTION

In Alpha Denshi's World Heroes, eight of the greatest warriors in history have been brought together to prove their mettle against a shapeshifting alien. Characters are loosely based on such real-life figures as Genghis Khan, Joan of Arc, Rasputin, Bruce Lee, Hanzo Hattori, and even Hulk Hogan, though the majority of names have been altered. A three-button control scheme allows for punches, kicks, and throws. Challenge the computer or a friend in either a "normal" match or a special death match. The latter is held within enclosed arenas featuring hazards like spikes, fire, mines, and electrified fences.
