DESCRIPTION

The DS puzzler that combined Scrabble with Mahjong climbs the company ladder, and brings some new multiplayer modes with it, in WordJong Party for Wii. The game presents players with a stack of lettered tiles, and gamers must eliminate the pile by forming words of varied length. The new multiplayer mode lets up to four people compete in split-screen action, and it offers power-up tiles to help gamers get the upper hand in both the turn-based "Round Play" and the real-time "Frantic Mode." Updated versions of "Daily" and "Battle" modes return, offering players one new challenge every day and a full story-based campaign, respectively. ~ Christopher Brown, All Game Guide
