DESCRIPTION
In this unique award winning role-playing game, Sanctuary Woods began a series of adventures where your character is an animal with the main focus being survival. An intriguing concept, Wolf demands that you become one with your character. Anything short of that will result in certain death through predators or starvation. As the Alpha male, you are responsible for maintaining and providing for your pack, ensuring the packs continued existence through mating and foraging, searching for food, water, shelter and avoiding unpleasant encounters with man.
Wolf is an unusual role-playing simulation. Nature can work against you as well as for you. You learn to coexist with man, the ultimate predator. Using scenarios and simulation modes, Wolf gives you the choice of region you want to live in: arctic, timber or plains. In the scenarios, you must accomplish a particular objective, while the simulation mode simply requires you to survive for as long as possible, day to day, year to year in your chosen environment. Options are available for adjusting the game to suit your preferences such as prey levels, music, autoplay and territory.
You are a wolf. Your existence depends on your senses of sight, sound and smell. Wolf features forty scenarios along with open-ended play and revolves around instinctual survival skills. From hunting your prey to being hunted, Wolf provides a unique experience in the realm of role-playing. If you've always wanted to howl at the moon, here's your chance. ~ Michael L.
