Nintendo's best-selling exercise peripheral receives a new workout with Wii Fit Plus. Customized exercise routines are now possible, allowing fitness fans to mix-and-match yoga activities, balance games, and strength training exercises to fit a specific length of time. Those looking to address specific problem spots can also have the program automatically create routines to target arms, legs, and other areas. Whimsical activities include running across platforms, skateboarding, zipping across the beach on a Segway, flapping your arms like a chicken, and performing rhythm-based kung fu. After each exercise, you'll be able to see the estimated number of calories burned.
