DESCRIPTION

Carmen Sandiego is the head of an international ring of thieves, Villain's International League of Evil, also known as V.I.L.E. for short. She and her band of crooked crooks make it their business to walk away with national treasures that other thieves and criminal organizations would never even think of stealing.

In fact, the problem has gotten so bad that the local police forces of the world have given up and called in the ACME Detective Agency. The Chief has given *you* the job of hunting Carmen and her henchmen down.

You'll travel through the world to over 30 cities, discovering clues and putting together a case on whichever one of Carmen's crooks has done the deed. And in the end, perhaps you'll have a chance to catch the evil villainess, Carmen Sandiego herself.
