DESCRIPTION
Acting as a sequel to the 2008 theatrical release starring Angelina Jolie and James McAvoy, Wanted: Weapons of Fate drops players into the heat of the action approximately five hours after the movie's conclusion. The game begins with Wesley Gibson chasing after intruders who have stolen some of his father's personal items, an event that touches off an action-heavy journey through various assassin fraternities around the globe. Designed to retain the visual flair of Timur Bekmambetov's film while also staying true to Mark Millar's comic book series, Weapons of Fate finds Wesley, and in some cases his father Cross, performing a violent ballet that includes a multi-layered cover mechanic, bloody knife fights, and brutal close quarters combat. Efficient kills earn players adrenaline, which can then be used to perform the series' signature "bullet curving" maneuver or engage in as slow-motion, Max Payne-esque "Assassin Time" shooting sprees. ~ Christopher Brown, All Game Guide

“When I played the demo of this, I had a fun enough time with it, that it made me want to actually try out the game so I did! The curve bullet mechanics in the game was pretty kewl and I enjoyed it, but the game kinda got repetitive after a few hours into the game. You don't ever upgrade your weapons except once and the graphics are average. There isn't any replay value, other than the fact you can play as the donut munching chubby janice in the game. I had some good laughs playing as her after I beat the game.
Must Rent? If you really like the movie, you might want to play this, but I could think of some games to play instead of this one if you had to decide.
Must Buy? Nope”

“I finally beat this tonight ! What a twist {gameplay wise} the first 7 levels were pretty easy even on normal {have to beat it to unlock hard}. Then the last 2 levels were hard as hell, and quite...”

“I think this game deserves a little more kudos that it was given review wise. Yeah it has it's problems, and not the greatest game engine, but it is really fun to play.”

“Pretty good game I love the R6V feel to it. Although the Developer is Grin, dude it looks and feels a lot like Dark Sector {Digital Extremes} I like it though so far. Again not as bad as the reviews...”

“This is by far the worst game i've ever played for the 360. The graphics are like those you'd expect from a PS2, and the gameplay sucks. It's just typical run and gun. The storyline is worse, though. It's far too fast paced. So I give this game a 1/5”
