DESCRIPTION

Vortex is similar to a 360-degree version of Arkanoid, where you fire a ball from a bat moving in a circular motion to destroy bricks rotating around the edge of a cylinder. To move on to the next level, all bricks must be smashed with the help of nine temporary power-ups including shrink, stretch, faster, and multi-ball. Vortex offers five difficulty levels and two different control settings: "Wheel Rotation," where you use the click wheel to rotate the bat around the cylinder and "Finger Position," where the bat follows the movement of your finger. This fast-paced action game is adapted for the iPod's controls and provides the added option of listening to your playlists as background music.
