Lord of the Flies meets The Sims in Virtual Villagers 2: The Lost Children. As in the original, Virtual Villagers: A New Home, players must guide and nurture a tribe of abandoned villagers. However, in this game the villagers happen to be children and players must help them grow up to become successful farmers, doctors, scientists, and parents. The game takes place on the island of Isola, a tropical paradise where unique topography conceals a land full of puzzles and hidden technologies, and where island events threaten to upset the delicate balance of a fledgling society. Players can watch as their villagers search for dozens of hidden collectibles, concoct unique potions and stews from the myriad island herbs, and generally grow from troublesome toddlers to hoary-haired octogenarians. ~ Christopher Brown, All Game Guide
