DESCRIPTION
Gamers take the role of an extraterrestrial prankster in this action game of disguises and practical jokes. Upon their third birthday, as a right if passage, inhabitants of the distant "Planet Trick" must travel to another world to prove their skills at making mischief. Under the Skin has players taking the role of a Trickster named Cosmi, who has traveled to Earth for this very purpose. The alien mischief-maker has more than a few tricks up his sleeve, but the most important may be his ability to assume the identities of other creatures he meets.
On Earth, Cosmi can fire his special ray guy to analyze the genetics of people he sees, and then use this information to transform himself into their perfect likenesses. While in disguise, Cosmi can perform a number of rude and embarrassing actions that are almost sure to bewilder the local population. When sufficiently disturbed, Earthlings will drop coins; Cosmi needs to collect as many of these as possible, since they serve as evidence of his successful pranks. He can't draw too much attention to himself, however, or he'll risk revealing his true identity.
Under the Skin presents a caricatured game world, with exaggerated characters and stylized, cel-shaded graphics. Missions are set in a variety of locales, including "Pirate Landing," "Koko Town," and the synergistically Capcom-centric "Resident Evil Town." ~ T.J. Deci, All Game Guide
