U. S. Geography, a massive ten-CD pack, offers a multimedia look at six specific regions, four states, and the country overall. The ten topical CDs include The Land and Its People, The Southwest, The Southeast, The Northeast, The Midwest, The Rockies, The West, Florida — The Sunshine State, Texas — The Lone Star State, Hawaii and Alaska, with the last two sharing a single CD. More than 1,000 interactive questions complement the presentation of over 6,800 images, which can be printed or saved to a clipboard for use in research papers.

The software includes links to The American Concise Encyclopedia, which contains more than 15,000 entries, narration of featured articles, an electronic glossary, hyper-linked reference words, more than 400 self-running multimedia presentations, easy-to-read large type, and access to the Merriam-Webster Dictionary with over 70,000 definitions.
