DESCRIPTION

Tropical Trouble is a linear side-scrolling game in which a man stranded on a beach must jump over or otherwise avoid boulders, snakes, coconuts, falling lava and other obstacles while trying to rescue his kidnapped wife from Bruiser. Picking up a handkerchief dropped by the wife renders the man temporarily invincible. Eventually, the man confronts Bruiser, who will appear on a bridge throwing rocks. The man must dodge the rocks and throw the kidnapper into the drink. Above average graphics fail to compensate for stiff controls and repetitive gameplay. ~ Brett Alan Weiss, All Game Guide
