DESCRIPTION

Trivial Pursuit is a translation of the board game of the same name. As the title suggests it is a game about trivia. Roll the die and move around the board answering trivia questions from six categories. The categories are: wild, science and nature, arts and entertainment, people and places, sports and leisure, and history.

Answering a question correctly, while you are on a pie square, will gain you a pie piece. The objective is to obtain a pie piece for each category and then move to the center of the board in order to answer a question correctly from a category chosen by an opponent.

This version of Trivial Pursuit has a secondary mode of play for a quick game. Instead of using the board players may elect to only answer questions from randomly appearing categories. Answering a question correct will result in a pie piece. ~ Jonathan Sutyak, All Game Guide
