DESCRIPTION

Transformers G1 Awakening is a turn-based tactics game played on relatively large battlefields with a combat style similar to that of a strategy RPG. Players control a small force of Autobots in each level. Characters in play can be moved one at a time, each with a limited distance it can travel and actions it can take each turn. Different characters have different abilities, as some are particularly weak or strong against certain attacks and defenses. They all can change into their vehicle forms to move quickly across the zone. The game follows an original storyline and every level presents its own challenges. In some zones, the Autobots may need to defeat all the enemies in the area, and in others, they may need to protect or take over an important building or location. ~ T.J. Deci, All Game Guide
