DESCRIPTION
Warner Bros.' cartoon rabbit Babs dreams of becoming a famous star in Tiny Toon Adventures: Babs' Big Break. To achieve her goal of stardom, she sets off for the Acme Theater, a place where show business dreams come true.
Unfortunately, bad guy Montana Max has different plans for the theater. He wants to turn it into a giant safe so he can show off all his money. He also wants to bring the curtains down on Babs, whose flights of fancy make him nauseous. Fellow Toons Buster Bunny, Plucky Duck, and Hampton the pig must catch Babs before Monty catches her first.
You begin the game as Buster Bunny, but you can change to Plucky or Hampton and back again as often as you like. Each character has a different method of attack: Hampton rolls watermelons, Buster hurls carrots, and Plucky pitches pineapples. Throughout the game you'll need to pick up these items to add to your supply of ammo. In addition to firing projectiles, all the characters can jump on the birds, creepy creatures, and other enemies.
At the end of each level you will need to call on a helper to assist you in performing a task, such as burrowing through a mountain wall. Helpers, which are hidden in the levels, include Dizzy Devil, Furrball, Fifi, and Shirley the Loon. Also helpful are jewelry boxes, which release collectibles, such as hearts (life units), I-ful icons (invincibility), and other items.
As you walk, bounce, jump, spin, glide, and zoom (on a jet bike) through the creepy alleyways, secret underground chambers, cloudy skies, scary woods, and other areas of the game's four levels of play, you'll collect a multitude of gems. You should collect enough of these to play mini-games like Montana Mash, which is similar to the classic carnival mole game, and Race Against Toon, which is a split-screen, side-scrolling racer in which you frenetically press A or B in order to run as fast as you can. To access a mini-game you must find the correct entryway, such as a tree trunk or a manhole.
The four levels in this game are Sure Weird Forest, Acme Looniversity, Pipsqueak Pipe Maze, and Groovy Train. In each level you'll face one of four bosses: Arnold the Pit Bull, Armor, Wolverine, or Montana Max. ~ Brett Alan Weiss, All Game Guide

“Played this for the heck of it, and I would have gotten the 500 gems, too, if only I had remembered what the motorcycle part was all about. Not that it makes any difference.”
