Time Crisis comes hot from the arcades where it has been credited as one of the greatest. Developed and Published by Namco, who are widely regarded as the gods of arcade porting, Time Crisis sure does promise a lot yet in delivers in full. In fact a massive four episodes have been included, plus the Playstation only episode set in a flash hotel as an extra bonus for fans of the arcade version.

Namco have also managed to include their first console light gun the Guncon in the package featuring precise targeting to the nearest pixel and the unique duck feature. This duck feature adds a whole new stealth element to the gameplay and gives the game an innovative and rhythmic feel.

Namco have also ported over a time trial and arcade story mode as well as a number of light gun and screen setup options. Time Crisis is a fine example of an arcade shooter, fans get it now with the Guncon. ~ Brad Penniment, All Game Guide
