DESCRIPTION

This first Nintendo DS edition of the best-selling golf series allows players to create their own customized golfer and attempt to work the character up the leader boards of various tournaments and events, eventually earning the right to challenge a number of unlockable real-life legends of the sport, including Ben Hogan, Arnold Palmer, Jack Nicklaus, and Tiger Woods himself. Players use the lower touch screen of the DS to directly control their swings. The game features five licensed courses and one fantasy course, each of which should be familiar to players of earlier Tiger Woods games. Through the wireless communication technology built-in to the handheld, multiplayer modes are supported for up to four Tiger Woods PGA Tour DS gamers. ~ T.J. Deci, All Game Guide
