Make the 2,000-mile trek across the Oregon Trail in this educational adventure from The Learning Company. Before you begin, you'll need to decide on a profession and form a team of up to six pioneers. Choose from an assortment of supplies, wagon types, and livestock options before planning your route during any year from 1840 to 1860. Throughout your journey, you will need to make various decisions to ensure the survival of your team. Meet with traders, ration food supplies, stave off diseases such as cholera, and decide how many hours to devote to travel. Replenish your food supply by participating in hunting, fishing, and plant gathering mini-games.
