DESCRIPTION
Originally sold as a pack-in with the venerable handheld system, Tetris for the Game Boy is a rock solid, platform-friendly port of the puzzling PC classic. In addition to including two one-player modes (endurance and 25-line), the game pak introduced to the Tetris formula a special two-player link mode in which players competed to finish 30 lines. By vanquishing multiple lines with a single block placement, players could send lines of blocks to their opponent's screen, making the game very competitive. ~ Brett Alan Weiss, All Game Guide

“Perhaps the game that got the most usage out of many Gameboy systems was the one that came with it. The original Tetris had challenging gameplay and fun multiplay. And the music never wore out its welcome.”

“I had one of the original Gameboy while I was studying in France, and even if I had some more games, there are only 2 I usually played: Tetris and Golf. Still remember their tunes today. It's just perfect at everything it does. Oh, and btw that”
