DESCRIPTION

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles II: The Arcade Game is a NES reproduction for the arcade action presented by Konami in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. So put away your quarters and take control of Leonardo, Michaelangelo, Donatello or Raphael.

With one these ninja turtles you run, jump and fight your way through waves of foot soldiers. Each of the turtles feature a weapon particular to their character and perform a couple different jump attacks. Leonardo has two Katanas, Raphael is equipped with two Sai, Michelangelo has two sets of nunchucks, and Donatello has a bow-staff.

At the end of each scene, you fight a boss such as Rocksteady or Beebop. Of course, in the end you face off against the evil Shredder. Each of the five scenes are the same as those found in the coin-operated "TMNT" and you are granted three continues. ~ Jeff Irwin, All Game Guide
