DESCRIPTION

Even as curses go, the "Curse of the Demon Seal" is a pretty rough one. It's turned the good people of Tao's village to stone, leaving the young apprentice magician as their only hope for a return to their natural flesh-and-blood state. Players must guide Tao on his journey to the home of the evil monster that cast the curse. Although he's the only villager able to embark on this quest, he need not go it completely alone. By collecting and caring for special eggs he finds along the way, Tao can hatch and raise friendly monsters to help him in his fight. The action plays out in the top screen, from a third-person 3D perspective. The bottom screen is used for controls, including the spell-casting interface, which involves making swoops and gestures with the stylus. The game's magic system is based on the classic elements, so Tao can eventually learn wind, earth, water, and fire spells. ~ T.J. Deci, All Game Guide
