DESCRIPTION

Tank Wars pits five of your tanks (one at a time) against 20 enemy tanks in six scenes of play. Your mission is to protect your radar base and yourself from hostile fire while blasting away your enemies. You can fire up, down, right and left.

Destroying an enemy tank grants you points, but the amount of points depends on your position in relation to the enemy. The closer the enemy tank is to your tank, the higher your score. Enemy tanks are color-coded red, yellow or blue. Different colors of tanks attack at different rates of speed and at different frequencies.

Walls are your basic defenses, and enemy tanks can also hide behind walls. Either type of tank can blast through the walls by firing upon them. As the game progresses and the bullets fly, the walls will gradually disintegrate, making it hard to gain shelter from enemy fire. ~ Brett Alan Weiss, All Game Guide
