DESCRIPTION

Namco's "Tales" series of role-playing games spins another yarn with Tales of the World: Radiant Mythology for PSP. Incorporating both new and familiar characters from the long-running franchise, Radiant Mythology follows the story of a young hero in a quest to stop a malevolent force known as "the Devourer" from consuming the land of Terresia. Players will create their alter ego from an assortment of customization options, including gender, voice, hairstyle, and one of four initial classes: warrior, thief, mage, or priest. A free-roaming combat system allows characters to move anywhere within the battlefield as players cast spells and engage in melee combat with various combinations of items, skills, and equipment. More than 800 items can be acquired in the game world, all of which can be traded to nearby friends via wireless connection. ~ Scott Alan Marriott, All Game Guide
