“As the title implies, chapter 4 starts with Guybrush in court where he has to clear his name of four charges leveled against him. "I thought there'd be three!" exclaims one attending pirate, and so did I, but chapter 4 finally breaks with ToMI's adherence to the rote formula of everything having to come in triplets. Bonus points awarded for metahumor. Apart from that, laugh out loud moments are still absent, but in exchange this episode crams all the story that has been missing in the past episodes, and that alone makes a much better game. The puzzles also seemed more plentiful this time, perhaps afforded by recycling most locations. Overall easily the strongest episode so far.”
