The animation takes some getting use to, but the exaggerated animations and the over-all light heartedness of the game is one of it's major charm points. Any fan of the Tales series would not be let down by this addition.”

Symphonia gave me a 3-D battlefield, but it played 2-D for whoever you were controlling, which made dodging harder. This game stuck with 2-D and made it more like a fighter game's style. I enjoyed it cause it didn't show me a 3-D environment and let me down. It was all about the 2-D fighting.
