DESCRIPTION

Unlike the previous two upgrades to Street Fighter II, which ran on the same hardware as the original, Super Street Fighter II utilizes the more powerful Capcom CPS2 arcade board for better graphics and sound. The game's most obvious addition is the introduction of four new characters (Fei Long, Cammy, T. Hawk and Dee Jay), but several existing characters have also received new moves to help balance the gameplay. Other enhancements include revised character portraits, improved visuals and animation, a new announcer, and a remixed soundtrack that takes advantage of the QSound 3D audio processor.
