DESCRIPTION

In the spirit of classic shooters such as Super Cobra and Choplifter, the enthusiastically titled Super Army War puts players in control of a heavily armed aircraft and challenges them with side-scrolling levels full of aggressive enemies. Some missions have defensive objectives, calling on players to deploy and provide cover for advancing tanks and infantry, for example, while others put them on the offensive, attacking enemy aircraft and ground installations. As they progress through the game, players will pilot both a high-tech helicopter and a powerful fighter jet. A password system lets them save their place in the 16-mission campaign. ~ T.J.
