DESCRIPTION

In Steambot Chronicles, players take the role of a young man named Vanilla Beans, to explore a world where an industrial revolution has given way to the rise of a new mode of transportation, called the Trotmobile. A large, metal, two-legged vehicle, the Trotmobile's popularity grew dramatically as cars began to overwhelm the city streets, and because of its ability to adapt to a variety of conditions and purposes, from agriculture to civil engineering.

By choosing to play as a Trotmobile Arena Fighter, players will battle giant 'mech bosses on land, at sea, and in the air, to earn money that can be used to customize their Trotmobile. Also available is the option to play as a musician, either with a local band or as street performer. Whatever the players' fancy, Steambot Chronicles' free-roaming style is designed to offer gamers the chance to create their own unique action adventure. ~ Damian Francis, All Game Guide
