DESCRIPTION

Steal Princess is a stylized, puzzle-action role-playing game by Japan's Climax Entertainment studio, brought to North America by Atlus U.S.A.. The colorful, anime-influenced game world is rendered in full 3D, viewed from a static, isometric perspective. Able to run, jump, and wield weapons (including a particularly useful whip) the player's character must move objects, flip switches, and master tricky maneuvers to pass from one level to the next. Although the platform puzzles compose the game's main challenges, real-time combat is a big part of play, too, and players often must defeat enemies to reveal a secret or obtain a needed key. A built-in editor allows players to create their own levels. Players take the role of a spicy rogue called Anise, who is knocked unconscious while exploring a dangerous dungeon. She is rescued by a kind fairy, who brings her to the king and claims she is a great hero, foretold by legend.
