Undercover cops Starsky and Hutch make their Game Boy Advance debut in a mission-based racing title inspired by the classic television series starring David Soul and Paul Michael Glaser, which premiered in 1975. Players will slip behind the wheel of the show's red Gran Torino as they comb the streets looking for criminals within a 3D Bay City. As in the console versions, the game involves completing a series of time-based missions, typically involving high-speed chases based on tips gleaned from shady informant Huggy Bear. The perspective is set from a position above and behind the Gran Torino, with onscreen indicators depicting time, damage incurred, and the car's position on a circular map. After each level, the player's overall performance is rated as if it were an episode on television.
